This class consists of a series of long held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body including the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and spine. Upper body work may also be included in some sessions.
This practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels.
